Yes. A new account can make 2 videos from its own footage, free. Each is a small 72-pixel preview, so you can judge the edit; it's too small to post. That is 2 in total, not 2 a month, and there is no card to enter. You get both edits of each video; extra clips are made on paid plans.

A video is one finished video delivered for your review. Posting it to every network you've connected still counts once. A video that fails on our side doesn't count, and neither does Regenerate or Change finish.

Every video Postango edits from your clips comes back as two edits: a short-form edit for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and a long-form edit, the full version. Together the two use 1 of your videos, or 2 if you keep both. Under a minute of footage makes the short-form edit only, which uses 1. A Landscape 16:9 version of either edit is 1 more. When your video is ready, we also suggest extra clips from it that would make great standalone posts. You pick the ones you want and say yes before any is made, so there are no surprises. Each one uses 1 of your videos when it's made. A podcast or a product video is made as one video.

Putting a video that has already posted back on your calendar, to go out again. Each one uses one repost, however many networks it goes to, and doesn't use a video. Reposts reset on your billing date, with your videos.

New uploads pause until your allowance resets on your billing date, or until you move up a plan. Videos you've already made keep posting on schedule, and going over is never charged automatically. Unused videos don't roll over. Every limit is on the fair use page.

Yes, from Settings › Billing — no contract and no setup fee. You keep your plan to the end of the period you've paid for. After that the account is back in practice mode: nothing more is posted, and a post whose time comes is marked as a practice post instead of going out. Your finished videos and footage are kept until their usual deletion dates, which the Privacy Policy lists. A period that has already started isn't refunded; the Terms of Service have the exact wording.

If it does, we email you at least 30 days before. The new price starts with your next billing period, and the period you're in stays at the price it started at. If you'd rather not pay it, cancel before it starts.

All of them, on every plan: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky, one account on each. Bluesky gets your photo posts, and a video as its cover picture with a link to watch it on YouTube, because the service we post through doesn't carry video there. YouTube takes video only. Every network has its own limit on how long a video can be — the video limits page lists them, and what Postango does when a video runs longer.

Yes. Create the free account, then open Settings › Billing and pick a plan. You pay on Stripe's checkout page, which shows the price and any tax before you confirm, and the plan shows on your account a few seconds after the payment goes through. New accounts start in practice mode, where nothing is posted to your social media accounts, and paying doesn't change that by itself: once you have a plan, press Go live in the bar at the top of the dashboard to start real posting. A post whose time comes while practice mode is on is marked as a practice post and never sent.

No. Licensed music, AI voiceover, captions and scheduled posting are in every plan. The price on the card is the whole price; taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
