Fair Use & Plan Limits

These are the usage limits that apply to Postango plans, referenced by our Terms of Service. They exist so every customer gets fast renders and a predictable bill — hitting a limit is never a surprise charge. When you reach your plan's video allowance, new uploads pause until it resets (or you upgrade); videos you've already made keep posting on schedule.

The fine print, in plain words
- A "video" is one finished, rendered post delivered for your review under Content → Needs review. If a render fails on our side, it doesn't count. Re-running a video to tweak it doesn't count either (up to the re-run limit above).
- Unused videos don't roll over between billing periods.
- Monthly allowances reset on your billing date, not the calendar month — the same date your subscription renews.
- Renders may be queued and prioritized by plan to keep the service fast for everyone; Pro renders get priority.
- We may update these limits as we learn from real usage. Changes are posted here with the date above. If a change materially tightens a limit you are relying on, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your account, and you can cancel before then. This page forms part of our Terms of Service.
